about

Past
Born in London 1969 and studied Illustration BA(Hons) at Leicester Polytechnic. Kenson Low has been producing artwork professionally for over 30 years, as a painter, illustrator, designer, concept artist and prop designer/builder. Lives in the south-west of England where for many years he ran creative art and animation sessions in an NHS mental health hospital as part of the Occupational Therapy team.

Present
Now focusing more on his own art practice, his paintings in the last few years have been greatly influenced by present political, social and environmental events. Still an illustrator at heart, each of his paintings tell a story reflecting on these events and the possible futures (invariably dystopian) that they might lead to.
