Mid Covid lockdown no.1 I found myself losing motivation with the Brexitannia 50AB project.
The pandemic was so major, it seemed to make work on the project feel redundant. I also found it difficult to continue writing the present times "origin story" for it, as the news was changing on a daily basis and real life events seemed to overshadow fiction.
I had booked the exhibition space for August, but due to Covid that got postponed till October.
So come October I decided to exhibit the Brexitannia work together with news clippings, my online posts and bits of work I'd done on reflection of current events: Covid and political.
A timeline or diary of the past few months.
It was just a short three day opening but I feel lucky to have got it done before the second lockdown.
